Alexis Bledel and Milo Ventimiglia SPLIT
Gilmore Girls star Alexis Bledel and her boyfriend, former costar Milo Ventimiglia, have broken up.Â
“He is currently single,” Ventimiglia’s rep says. The couple were together for three and a half years.
Ventimiglia, who turns 29 on Saturday, joined the Gilmore Girls cast in fall 2001. He played town bad boy Jess, who became the boyfriend of Bledel’s character, Rory.
Of their first onscreen kiss, Ventimiglia told a magazine in 2003, “I was nervous. We did each angle a million times.”
Bledel, 24, and Ventimiglia soon became an offscreen couple, although they kept their relationship low-profile.
Bledel said in September that they had discussed marriage. “I think everybody who has been dating for more than a couple of years probably talks about it at some point. It’s a fun thing for us to talk about, but that’s it.”
Gilmore Girls will return in the fall on the new WB/UPN-hybrid network the CW. Bledel also starred in last year’s The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Ventimiglia will play Rocky Balboa, Jr. in the upcoming Rocky sequel and this fall will star in the new NBC superhero series Heroes.

Gee, how naive are you?! “I hope they’ll come together again” bla blaa blaa I’m tired of this! Sure they were a cute couple but, hey, you can’t say what they really were und wanted. I mean maybe you just know them from tv and probably you just think you know this two people just because of watching Gilmore Girls or something. Rory and Jess were/are just characters. Maybe in real life they didn’t fit together?! Who knows?! Just don’t pretend to know everything about all people or actors because you do not!
Particularly Jaries comment makes me sick! “what where they thinking” Unbelievable…Jary the people in white should come and get you. There’s nothing to say anymore. You have to be ashamed and I just can shake my head.

omigosh i jst found out that they were together. BUT they broke up =’( omigosh thats soo sad, i knw that offscreen theyre different from the characters but still i would love it if they stayed together and that it lasted, soo sad it didnt =’(

I think that it’s good if they break up. I mean I’m like in luv with milo ventimiglia so i think it’s pretty good. I’m not saying i have a chance but ‘ma’ is right. People just need 2 suck it up and get on w/ there live. milo and alexis probably won’t get back together. if they do, i will say i’m srry.

Aww no.Milo you’re not going to be able to replace Alexis.She’s freakin gorgous and Alexis isn’t going to be able to replace Milo.He’s unbelievably hott.The were the cutest couple ever but I’m sure they had their differences.I guess I’m just going to have to watch season 3 Gilmore Girls from now on to get my Alexis/Milo fix.Ill miss you guys as a couple
