Spelling Mansion for Sale

Spelling Mansion for Sale

Aaron Spelling passed away a little over a week ago, but his widow, Candy, is already putting the Spelling’s famed mansion on the market for $150 million. Insiders tell Us that Candy and Mark Nathanson (the longtime family friend with whom Candy has spent weekends in Las Vegas and Malibu) have long intended to sell the house known also known as The Manor.

“Six months before Aaron’s death, they bought a house [in L.A.’s Century City] and planned to move in after he passed,” a source close to the Spellings says.

Westside Estate Agency is quietly shopping the estate among realtors. The Holmby Hills, California, manse was built in 1991 for around $47 million, including $10 million for the price of the land. Candy Spelling has reportedly laid off the majority of the house staff, and plans to shut the house down so it can be shown to select buyers.
