Laguna Beach’s resident d-uchebag, Jason Wahler, has been arrested for the second time this month. According to Perez Hilton and TMZ, the LAPD arrested Wahler on Friday at 5:30 p.m. for misdemeanor battery.
 
According to police, Jason and a female companion, Kristen DeLuca, were involved in an altercation with a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck driver. Things got physical and police were called to the scene. (Have you ever noticed that whenever the phrase “female companion” is implemented, said companion is usually the type of person who has nekkid pictures floating around? Case in point.)
 
Wahler and DeLuca were both arrested for battery. Wahler’s bail was set at $20,000 and he was released Saturday afternoon.
 
The reality show star was also busted three weeks ago in New York and charged with one count each of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery.
 
We knew he was no good when he kissed Jessica at that fashion show benefit thingie and had her sit on his lap when he was SO going out with L.C. Just sayin’.
