Jeff Timmons, a former member of boy band 98 Degrees, was sentenced by a Florida court on Wednesday to a year’s probation on charges of driving recklessly and refusing to sign a citation in April.Â
His lawyers entered a plea of no contest to the two misdemeanors, the Associated Press reports. Timmons, 33, was ordered to undergo treatment for alcohol and substance abuse and serve 50 hours of community service.
