Lindsay Lohan Forgets to Button Shirt?

Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving her New York hotel without a bra on and forgetting to button her shirt. What is up with her?  Why doesnt she have more respect for herself than this?  Is this for attention?  Please discuss.
