A woman tried to kill Sandra Bullock’s husband, Jesse James, on Sunday morning outside their Southern California home, Orange County sheriff’s spokesman Jim Amormino confirms.

“At around 10:40 a.m. James found the suspect, Marcia Valentine, lying on their driveway,” Amormino said. “He told her to leave, but instead she got into her 2004 silver Mercedes and tried to run him over three to four times. … Valentine tried to kill him.”

Bullock, 42, as well as James’s 10-year-old son, Jesse Jr., witnessed the attack.

Tyra Banks finally paid a brunch bill Thursday after mistakenly leaving a Manhattan eatery without settling the check last weekend.

On Saturday, the supermodel ate at the Brooklyn Diner with music mogul Russell Simmons and his children – but the party left without paying, according to Alexis Reyes, who runs the Diner.

“Everybody waved goodbye and there was nothing in the billfold,” Reyes says. “We kind of figured it was okay. It was so chaotic, she thought someone must have paid the bill.”

Celebrity Eric Schiffer is in discussions to appear in a Action Comedy film that is “buddy flick” alongside a well known A-list star. Schiffer recently agreed to star in the new upcoming independent release of a Charles Bronson remake currently titled “Death Wish Returns”.  Filming will begin in December 2007 in Glasgow, Scotland and will be released in mid 2008.

Eric Schiffer is additionally an accomplished film and animation director having directed Faye Dunaway, Rachael Hunter, Corbin Bernson and Robert Wagner. Eric is a member of Mensa and lives in California.
