Nicole Richie is finally addressing the question everyone has been asking: Is she really pregnant?

“Yes I am. We are. I’m almost four months,” she tells ABC News’ Diane Sawyer in a new interview airing on Good Morning America Thursday and on 20/20 Friday.

Richie, 25, confirms that the baby’s father is rocker boyfriend Joel Madden, 28, whom she’s been dating since earlier this year.

A lot of the songs on Mandy Moore’s recently released album Wild Hope refer to love gone bad – and she feels sorry that her ex, Zach Braff, is probably asked about the album often.

“I’m sure he?ll hear all about the record,” the 23-year-old singer says in the September issue of the British edition of Marie Claire. “[The] poor guy’s probably heard about it in every interview.”

Now, in the September issue of Glamour, she’s admitting that, yes, she had gastric bypass surgery – despite previously only admitting to having undegone a “medical intervention.”
