Joel Madden Starts His Baby’s Music Training Early
Expect Joel Madden and Nicole Richie’s offspring to be very well-rounded.
Daddy-to-be Madden has already started the child’s musical education, while his brother Benji claims the sports role.
“We play a lot of music around the house,” Madden, 28, said at Mets star David Wright’s Do the Wright Thing Gala in New York Thursday. “Old stuff, new stuff, classic stuff, movie soundtracks.”
Of Richie, 26, who is due in January, he added: “We’re excited, happy and spending a lot of time at home. … Just normal, couple-expecting-a-baby stuff.”
Joel’s brother and Good Charlotte bandmate is equally psyched for his new role in the family: Uncle. “I’m going to teach [the baby] about life,” he said. And sports. “I could coach the tee-ball team! Or teach them in soccer, whatever they want to do,” he said.
I love Benji and Joel so mutch and their band. My wish would be to meat them, or to move to LA and work for them in DCMA it will be so cool also if they come to Dudly in England and perform their somgs in the Dudly zoo (I will be the first one there) or to come to my school and perform there. <3
