Britney and K-Fed Lawyers Meet for Emergency Hearing
Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline returned to court Tuesday for an emergency hearing after the singer missed a deposition appointment, but no action was taken against her.
“The custody arrangements haven’t changed,” court rep Alan Parachini said after the hearing.
Federline, 29, has primary physical custody of sons Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1. Spears, 26, has supervised visitation.
The closed-door emergency session was requested by Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, who last week said he wanted some kind of remedy to Spears’s “willful non-appearance” at a deposition.
The former couple’s next hearing is set for Feb. 19.
