Looking like she could give birth at any second, Kelly Rutherford was spotted enjoying a casual lunch with friends at Chinchin yesterday (May 28).

The “Gossip Girl” actress sported a blue printed maternity dress topped off with a mustard yellow sash and silver sandals as she made her way from the Beverly Hills eatery.

In related news, Kelly and her soon-to-be-ex-husband Daniel Giersch have been in the news lately for a disagreement over how to potty train their two-year-old son Hermes.

Rutherford told press, “He (Hermes) was coming home saying things. I was starting to see definite changes in him. One person can’t make that decision.”

To ensure that her son was properly potty trained, she installed cameras in Giersch’s home without his knowledge. And Daniel was none-too-happy about it.

He vented, “How would you feel if there were remote camera on your property. People were watching whatever you do, going to the restroom or anything else. It’s a new feeling. I’ve never experienced something like this before.”
