Johnny Depp Premieres “Public Enemies”
If there’s one person that has fans, it’s Johnny Depp , who was signing tons of autographs at the premiere of Universal Pictures’ “Public Enemies” at the AMC Theater on Thursday in Chicago, Illinois.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star said the character he plays, John Dillinger, “was a deeply loyal guy, which I think is probably rare for in his line of work.”
John Dillinger was a bank robber in the mid-western United States during the 1930s, who some considered to be a modern-day Robin Hood.
And the 45-year-old got to spend some time away from the big cities while staying in some smaller ones for the taping. The film was shot on location in Chicago as well as Indiana. “I adore Chicago. I love it, I love it here.”
