Kyra Sedgwick Gets Her Walk of Fame Star
Reveling in the moment, Kyra Sedgwick was all smiles as she was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Hollywood, California on Monday afternoon (June 8).
Accompanied by her supportive husband, Kevin Bacon, Kyra and her man shared a smooch during the ceremony, as they currently find themselves as the first married couple to each have a star on the famed sidewalk.
Meanwhile, Kyra was recently asked how long she plans on sticking with her hit show “The Closer” after her contract ends in two seasons, telling, “I would hate for you guys to write, ‘They really jumped the shark.’ I mean, let’s quit while we’re ahead. It’s still great. But I don’t want to be bad.”
As for her plans at that time, Kyra reveals, “I would love to do a romantic comedy. I definitely think, Hurry up! Let’s do it now, while [pats her cheeks] things are still all okay here.”
