Lindsay Lohan: Still with Ungaro… Barely
After her failure to impress in Paris, Lindsay Lohan looked as if she might be joining the unemployed.
Critics have bashed her debut collection calling it an “embarrassment,” but the 23-year-old will still be keeping her position of artistic advisor for the house Emanuel Ungaro.
Company’s chief executive Mounir Moufarrige told, “Yes (she’s staying on), she has a job to do.”
But even the designer himself, Ungaro, was one of LiLo’s critics, calling it a “disaster.”
“Mr. Ungaro has his views, he can keep them. I have no comment,” Moufarrige retorted. As for the professional reviews from the likes of Women’s Wear Daily, he conceded, “I am sure we can do better in the collection to be honest but I think it was harsh … But it did sell well.”
For now, Lohan will have to take the heat.
