Angie Everhart Formally Charged with DUI
Angie Everhart was formally charged with DUI, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
Everhart, 38, was arrested in Los Angeles on April 24, after she rolled past a limit line at a stop sign.
She was taken into custody at 2 a.m. and posted bail for $15,000 eight hours later.
If convicted, Everhart faces a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Her arraignment is set for May 15.
