Josh Hartnett has been spotted squiring sexy, blond Scarlett Johansson-esque types around NYC’s Lower East Side, while his girlfriend has been shooting The Nanny Diaries on Long Island. So when Hartnett showed up at NYC hotspot Max Fish at 2:30 a.m. last Monday with his arm around a comely Finnish lass, rumors started circulating that it was curtains for the couple. “There was a lot of touching,” says the witness, who also observed “whispering” and “giggling” while the pair played pool.
 
Nooooo! Not whispering and giggling! Turns out it was just a false alarm. The Daily News called the actor’s rep, who insists that Harnett and his Black Dahlia co-star “are still together.” (But maybe he’s in need of a nanny?)
