’Tis the season to indulge – but Britney Spears went a bit overboard last week. On December 20, she tested her drinking limits (and the DJ’s patience) at Hollywood lounge Les Deux. An inebriated Spears “kept requesting her own songs,” a club source says.

Resident DJ Stone Rokk finally played one, but followed it with ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River.” Soon the partying caught up with the 25-year-old pop princess.

“She went to the bathroom and threw up all over,” an eyewitness says. But, adds the source, “she didn’t need to be carried out.”

Meanwhile, Spears’ soon-to-be ex, Kevin Federline, 28, has been keeping a low profile.

On December 21, he stopped at Target in L.A.’s Woodland Hills area. “He was trying to be cool, dressed in a puffy white jacket and cargo pants,” says a witness. “He looked like he was waiting to be noticed.”

And he got his wish. Says the source, “Someone said loudly, ‘My, how the mighty have fallen – shopping at Target these days?’”

Spears’ rep couldn’t be reached for comment.
