Looking to put the domestic dispute case behind him, Charlie Sheen is heading back to court in Aspen, CO on Monday (March 15).
The “Two and a Half Men” actor is more than willing to plead guilty or no contest to a misdemeanor with no jail time.
The question in tow, however, is whether Mr Sheen will plead to a misdemeanor or a felony which will determine if he faces jail time or not.

It’s been a months-long saga, and Charlie Sheen is finally ready to go before the judge to face the consequences of his actions.
The “Two and a Half Men” actor is scheduled to enter a plea in an Aspen, Colorado court this Monday to answer for his Christmas Day assault on his wife Brooke Mueller.
And according to an inside source, Charlie would be willing to plead ‘no contest’ if the sentence didn’t include any jail time.

He’s been working out his chemical dependency issues in a rehab facility as of late, and Charlie Sheen has announced he’ll return to the set of “Two and a Half Men” later this month.
According to a report, the “Hot Shots” stud will complete his rehab stint, begun on February 23, and report for work on March 19th.

Though he hoped to strike a deal with the Aspen, Colorado District Attorney’s office, Charlie Sheen will face his full felony charges.
The “Two and a Half Men” actor will have to face his felony charge that resulted from attacking his wife Brooke Mueller with a knife this past Christmas Day.
Sheen’s attorney Richard Cummins shared, “We have not entered a plea yet but we would be entering a plea of not guilty and certainly would not enter into any disposition that contemplated a felony because no felony occurred.”

While their tandem take on rehab has been dramatic enough, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have both been fooling around on the side throughout their marriage.
According to a report, both Sheen and Mueller have had multiple sex partners since they said, “I Do,” with estimates as high as 10 lovers between them.
One woman is shopping her story of sex with both Charlie and Brooke to the tabloids and has already been offered $40,000 to tell all.

It has been an ongoing battle for many years, and now Charlie Sheen is once again trying to kick his addiction to cocaine and alcohol.
According to a report, the “Two and a Half Men” actor has checked himself in to a drug rehabilitation clinic as a “preventative measure,” though it has been discovered that he’s been dabbling in substance abuse as of late.
An inside source told press, “He loves his children and ultimately that’s what convinced him to get help.”

In the ongoing saga of Charlie Sheen’s life, it is being reported that he has now entered rehab to seek treatment.
“As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen’s has entered a rehabilitation facility,” his rep says in a statement. “He will take some time off his series “’Two and a Half Men.’”
Meanwhile, Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller has moved to an undisclosed private treatment home in the L.A. area Monday morning.

As the saga continues, child services checked on Charlie and Brooke Sheen’s children over the weekend that the couple’s reps have reported as a routine checkup.
The “Two and a Half men” star’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, as well as Brook Sheen’s attorney, Yale Galanter, have both claimed it to be a routine follow-up to close the file from Charlie Sheen’s Christmas Day arrest, where he faced domestic violence charges.
