Displaying even more self-love, Spencer Pratt was spotted driving a blue monster truck as he left Wonderland nightclub in Los Angeles last night (January 27).
The “Hills” troublemaker sported a big smile and plenty of bling as he chauffeured his pals past the paparazzi and off into the night.
Meanwhile, Spencer’s wife Heidi Montag has headed off to Colorado where she’s showing her mom all of the plastic surgery she’s had done as of late.
