Working ever so hard on their hit CW show, the cast of “Gossip Girl” was spotted in New York City on Monday (March 8).

Leading the charge, Blake Lively transformed into her Serena van der Woodson character to shoot several scenes before taking a break to hang out with her tiny dog and grab a snack.

A handsome Penn Badgley, studly Chace Crawford, long-haired blonde Michelle Trachtenberg and adorable Leighton Meester were also spotted on set, following orders from the show’s director.

Kicking off another work week, Leighton Meester and Blake Lively were spotted hard at work on the “Gossip Girl” set today (March 1).

The CW cuties both looked chilly as they meandered around Brooklyn, both wearing thick winter coats to stay warm.

In related news, Leighton looks to be expanding her portfolio as she’s signed on to star in a new dramedy called “The Oranges.”

She’ll be working with “Arrested Development” actress Alla Shawkat and “Cop Out” actor Adam Brody under the direction of Julian Farino.

Stepping out for a night on the town, Blake Lively was spotted leaving a club in the Lower East Side of New York City late Wednesday night (February 24).

The “Gossip Girl” gal paid no attention to the flashing bulbs as she made her way into chauffeured vehicle. Word has it that Blake’s co-star boyfriend was there as well, but he is not pictured.

With Sebastian Stan also on-hand, the three co-stars seemed quite focused as they cruised through their scenes on the New York City set, taking only short breaks in between filming obligations.

Meanwhile, Ms Lively recently landed a new movie gig, starring opposite Ryan Reynolds in a superhero film called “Green Lantern.”
