Always looking fabulous, Gwyneth Paltrow spent the day on the red carpet at Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday (March 10).

Having flown to the United Arab Emirates from London the previous day, the Oscar winning actress happened to be on-hand for the Laureus World Sports Awards.

In related news, Miss Paltrow continues to dish advice through her GOOP newsletter, recently telling, “Basically everyone I know is knackered, me included. But I didn’t imagine that there could be health problems associated with not getting a good night’s rest.”

Getting in some cardiovascular action, Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted making her exit from a dance class in North London today (October 12).

The “Shakespeare in Love” actress looked natural with her sans makeup face as she strolled past paparazzi after an intense workout.

In related news, it seems Gwyneth’s kids are big fans of her friend Beyonce Knowles, so much so that they call her Aunt B.

Gwyneth Paltrow weekly newsletter, GOOP, is a “big success” according to Paltrow. The actress says, “It’s crazy…crazy! I just love it. Corporate America is knocking at my door…’Will you hawk my product?’”

Her personal project, which comes from her initials G.P. is all about being clean. “It started in such an organic way. People ask me, ‘What is it? What are you doing?’ And I don’t know. I did it, am doing it…and love doing it.”

Keeping up with her fashionable look, Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted out for a pampering session in Beverly Hills, California on Monday (June 15).

After finishing up at the Byron & Tracey Hair Salon, the “Iron Man” actress strolled to her car decked out in a cute black jacket with black top, olive rolled-up trousers and sandals.
