The couple released the following statement: “Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so.”

Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel
Despite a reconciliation that gave them both cause for laughs, late-night talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel, 41, and comedian Sarah Silverman, 38, have split.
No reason was revealed for their second breakup. The funny duo dated for five years before they called it quits last July. But they rekindled their relationship just a few months later. “They’re taking it slow,” a source said last fall. “They’re on the road back to being together.”

Hayden Panettiere & Milo Ventimiglia Split
Heroes stars Milo Ventimiglia and Hayden Panettiere have ended their relationship.
“They lead different lifestyles. He’s 31, she’s 19. She still has growing up to do and he’s very low-key,” a source close to the couple says. “The relationship never seemed like it had legs.”
The couple, who spent part of 2007 trying to hide their relationship, is still on amicable terms, another source says.
Reps for both actors would not comment.

Debbie Matenopoulos
Debbie Matenopoulos’s estranged husband is seeking spousal support from the E! host, saying she “pays for nothing” related to their multimillion-dollar Los Angeles home after the pair “continuously lived beyond our means,” court documents show.
Jay Faires, 45, an L.A. music executive who makes $37,500 per month before taxes, is demanding that Matenopoulos, 33, either help pay the mortgage, agree to refinance, or move out and sell the home, according to his filing.

Chelsy Davy and Prince Harry
Britain’s Prince Harry and his Zimbabwe-born girlfriend Chelsy Davy, 23, are calling it quits after five years, a palace source confirms.
The 24-year-old prince parted amicably with Davy, a post-graduate law student at Leeds University, three weeks after the couple spent a romantic holiday together in the Indian Ocean nation of Mauritius.
“They are remaining friends,” says the royal source. “There have been all sorts of reasons given [for the split] but suffice it to say they felt that it had run its course.”

R.Kelly
R&B singer R. Kelly and his wife of 11 years, Andrea Lee Kelly, are officially divorced, according to a statement from their lawyers Thursday.
Kelly, 42, and Andrea, 35, will have joint custody of their three children. No other details were revealed.
The announcement follows Kelly’s acquittal of child pornography charges in June.

Jodie Sweetin and Cody Herpin
Jodie Sweetin recently underwent an emergency investigation by an Orange County, Calif., family court for allegations of substance abuse raised by her estranged husband.
“It’s primarily alcohol [abuse] but there’s also concern regarding methamphetamines,” Robert Benavente, the lawyer for her ex Cody Herpin, says.
Sweetin’s lawyer strongly denies the claims. “Jodie absolutely has not relapsed into using meth,” Wilma Presley says. “She merely confessed to having several glasses of wine over dinner recently and felt guilty about that. She is currently in a 12-step program and is working hard on her sobriety. She wants to be clean and sober from everything.”

The Private Practice star, 41, wed Young – a production co-president at 20th Century Fox – on Sept. 1, 2007, in the town of Ojai, just north of Los Angeles, after becoming engaged in May.
