Shanna Moakler, who immediately rushed to Augusta, Ga., to be with Travis Barker just hours after a plane crash left him badly burned, has vowed not to leave her ex-husband’s side.
“She’s been at his bedside ever since she got there,” says a source close to Moakler, 33. “She loves him and she’s not going to leave him.”
The source adds, “It has all been very intense. [Shanna] is very emotional but also very strong.”

Travis Barker’s former mother-in-law, Gail Moakler, says, “We’re totally crushed,” but that Shanna Moakler has rushed to be with her ex, while DJ AM’s sister, Lara, and her husband, Benjamin Long, learned the news of the plane crash – in which Barker and DJ AM were badly burned and four others were killed – from a phone call from AM’s mother on Saturday morning.

A Learjet has crashed while departing from a South Carolina airport, killing four people and critically injuring two others including a former member of rock band Blink 182, Travis Barker.
NBC News reported that Travis Barker, an ex-drummer with the band who also starred in MTV reality show “Meet the Barkers”, was among those hurt. He was transported to a burn center in Augusta, Georgia, where he was listed in critical condition on Saturday morning.
