Following comments "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy made about a possible cast reinvention, the show has decided to not renew Chord Overstreet's contract for season three.
Showing his disappointment over the decision, the 22-year-old took to his Twitter yesterday (July 1), writing, "Well its been a good yr too bad its over, time for summer and starting fresh."
However, transfer student Sam Evans (Overstreet) could make a return to McKinley High with occasional guest appearances.
Meanwhile, according to TV Line, Darren Criss and Harry Shum, Jr. - who play Blaine and Mike - have officially been upgraded to series regulars.
