Paris Hilton might get thrown in the slammer. Prosecutors asked a judge on Thursday to revoke Paris’s probation for reckless driving, which could lead to up to 90 days in jail for the celebutante, Reuters is reporting.
Prosecutors say Hilton, 26, violated her probation by knowingly driving with a suspended license.
Her attorney had initially said Hilton didn’t know her license had been suspended, following a no contest guilty plea in January for alcohol-related reckless driving.
Five weeks after her first offense, Hilton was pulled over again in West Hollywood for driving without headlights. Officers kicked her out of her car and impounded her $190,000 Bentley, Reuters reports.
