Zac Efron's Easter Weekend Travels
Catching a flight out of Los Angeles, Zac Efron was spotted making his way through the LAX airport on Friday evening (April 6).
With a backpack slung over his shoulder, the "Hairspray" heartthrob looked comfortable in a black long sleeved shirt, colorful skinny jeans and a bright blue hat for his Tinseltown departure.
In his upcoming film, "The Lucky One," Zac plays a Marine who sets out to find a woman he believes was his good luck charm while serving three tours in Iraq.
Due in theaters on April 20th, the 24-year-old admitted he was nervous for the part after reading the script and had to work hard to get in the mindset of his character named Logan, saying, "There was a lot that comes with playing a Marine, a lot of preparation. I wanted to make sure that I was prepared, I had a lot of help, I was able to work with a lot of Marine’s. They showed me what’s what pretty quick."
Based off the book by Nicholas Sparks, the movie is sure to be tear jerking for some and even Zac is familiar with the overwhelming emotions that a movie can create, saying, "Dude, I really cried watching ‘Toy Story 3,’ like a lot. Remember when they were holding hands? They’re like my favorite guys in the world….when they confronted melting, that was a powerful moment for me. I was thinking, “What am I doing?” I hope no one sees me right now.”
